I’m a big fan of rugby and am loving the Autumn Internationals that are happening at the moment. Next year is also going to be a huge Rugby year with the Six Nations in February/ March and the World Cup in September/ October.  The Autumn Internationals so far have thrown up some close games. There are still three weeks to go, so let’s hope the close games continue. It was great seeing old customers again and introducing new people to my products. I now can’t wait to attend more festivals over the coming months! The first festival I’m heading to in September is Taste Bedford on the 4th & 5th. I’ve been to this one before and it’s a fantastic...

On Saturday the 26th of June I celebrated the 1st birthday of Ben’s Meat & Heat Emporium. Customers enjoyed boerewors rolls cooked on the braai by the awesome blogger, Braai Lad and our fantastic braai wood supplier, Let’s braai. The braai was my way of saying thank you to all the fabulous customers who have supported me over the last year.      It was so good to see so many of my regular Emporium customers on the day as well as some new faces. It was also fantastic to see many of my South African customers meeting fellow ex-pats...
