f you’re new to chilli jam, then please note it’s not a direct replacement for strawberry jam on your morning slice of toast! It’s more for cooking with or eating in smaller quantities. Although it only has 0.5% of the worlds hottest chilli, it starts off full of flavour and after a few seconds a beautiful warm heat emanates all over your palate. Being plum based this tends to work well with cheeses, duck and some Asian foods.
