There is a good reason why our La Barbacoa has won a Great Taste Award. Sticky sweet and smoky with a lovely chilli kick our La Barbaocoa is just how a good BBQ sauce should be. We make our BBQ sauce using a traditional deep south recipe but add enough Scotch Bonnet chilli to give it a nice tang but not to much. La Barbacoa works amazingly as a marinade but also is grate for adding as a sauce to dishes or for dipping chips or wedges in.
La Barbaocoa comes in a 250ml glass bottle and is free from all unnatural preservatives and ingredients.
